Toby serves as the Growth Group Director for Northeast Bible Church. She and her husband Louis joined Northeast Bible Church in February 2010. She is an active member of the NEBC Faith Choir and serves beside her husband who is the Director of the Young Adults Ministry.

Toby trusted Christ as her Savior at the age of 12 and around age 18 discerned God’s calling to serve His people. She has a sensitive yet truth-based approach to ministry which enables her to effectively accomplish the purpose of ministry. Embracing her passion to assist people in personal and spiritual development through her gifts, education and life experience, Toby is an asset to the Body of Christ.

She holds a Bachelors degree in Human Relations and Business Administration. Her gift of administration and desire to serve the Lord in spirit and in truth has contributed to her overall success and she continually strives to maximize both by building the kingdom of God.
