Louis E. Murzone and his wife Toby joined the NEBC family in February of 2010.  In August of that same year, Pastor Rice charged Louis to begin a ministry for the young adult population at NEBC.  Louis accepted the challenge and within this ministry he endeavors to disciple tomorrow's leaders and equip them for the work of the ministry.  Therefore, the young adult ministry has appropriately taken the name N2L - Next 2 Lead.

Louis received salvation from the Lord at the age of 17.  He's developing a powerful arsenal of ministry experience which includes evangelism, preaching, teaching, and discipleship.  Louis passionately labors in his gifts to evangelize the lost and develop mature believers.

Louis is an accomplished Christian author who is developing into a dynamic speaker.  His ability to minister in writing captured the attention of Tate Publishing and in January of 2008, they released his first book, "His Counsel Shall Stand".   According to Tate Publishing, Louis has a wonderful heart for God!  The Lord has instilled in him a great gift for teaching.   Louis is diligently preparing to release his second project, "Experiencing Your Glory".
