Pastor Robert J. Rice is a native of Cleveland, Ohio who relocated to the Dallas area in 1990. His teaching style is relevant, alive, engaging and insightful, while staying true to the timeless, inerrant Word of God.

Sonya Rice serves as the Assimilation Director of Northeast Bible Church. She is a charter member and has enjoyed over 25 years of marriage to the founding pastor of NEBC, Robert Rice.

Terry has over 30 years of Christian Ministry experience. His passion to serve God's people is expressed by the roles of ministry he's held ranging from Choir Member to Youth Pastor to Pastor of Worship in three churches over his lifetime.

Kevin Scroggins serves as a Church Elder and Prayer Ministry Leader. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at the age of 14 and over the years he has served in various ministries from Deacon to Sunday School Superintendant to youth Pastor.

Ivan Holmes is the NEBC Business Manager. In this role, Ivan coordinates the ministry efforts and works closely with Pastor Rice on mission critical, strategic issues.

Kimberly has been a member of Northeast Bible Church since its beginning. She is the Children's Ministry Director and she has served in the Welcome Ministry.

Greg Nelson joined NEBC in September of 2009 and has a passion for outreach and a heart for connecting people to God.

Pastor Rice charged Louis to begin a ministry for the young adult population at NEBC. Louis accepted the challenge and within this ministry he endeavors to disciple tomorrow's leaders and equip them for the work of the ministry.

Myra Collins serves as the NEBC Youth Director. She is a charter member and has served in this capacity since NEBC's inception.

Audra serves as Financial Director of Northeast Bible Church and is also a charter member. She serves on the Finance Committee offering her professional expertise relative to the financial direction of NEBC.

Genita Anderson serves as the New Members Ministry Leader, Baptism Ministry Leader, and Design Team contributor. She has served on other ministry teams, including the Women's ministry. Genita has been a member of NEBC for over five years.

Not only do we spend time learning the Word of God, we focus much of our efforts on equipping the body to live the Word, or as we like to say. . .to more successfully "walk it out". We look forward to serving you in this process called life.

Toby serves as the Growth Group Director for Northeast Bible Church. She and her husband Louis joined NEBC in February 2010. She is an active member of the NEBC Faith Choir and serves beside her husband who is the Director of the Youth Ministry.

Margertree has a dynamic background in Education and Business Administration, offering over a decade of experience in the areas of education and local government procurement. She holds an MBA as well as a Lifetime Texas Teaching Certificate.

Daphne leads our Communications Ministry which strives to inform, engage and encourage members, guests and the community through various mediums.

Carla Bolds, a native of Ohio serves as Fellowship Ministry Director. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in both Finance and Economics & Accounting. She has been blessed with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the non-profit sector.

Kenny Mims proudly serves as the director of the Men's Ministry - NEBC Iron Men. Since committing his life to becoming a disciple of Jesus Christ his motto has been - "Whatever you want me to do, Lord".
